 03/26/2013 - We hope you are excited about the convention next week. Just a couple of quick updates:
1. At the point we close registration (last week) we cannot make any changes to your badges, accounts or anything else. If you have any changes, please do not call as we cannot help you. You will need to come to late registration on Friday morning at 9:30 am to make any changes.
2. The vouchers are for your use only and are not a guarantee that there will be items to sell you. All items are on a first come, first served basis until they run out. However, we do believe that we have enough souvenirs to handle everyone's voucher Thursday night and Friday.
3. What line do do I get in at registration? There is one line for Exhibitors. Everyone else will get in the line of the letter of the alphabet of the last name that your registration was processed. For example, if Fred Flintstone paid and registered Barney Rubble, then both Barney and Fred would need to get in the F line. If you are an Exhibitor you will pick up badges for all of your Exhibitor helpers. If your helper paid for a package under their membership, they will need to get in the line of the letter of the alphabet of the last name that they registered under. We cannot go to the other books and pull their package information as it slows the line down for everyone else.
4. Exhibitors please make sure you have registered for your tax certificate and bring it with you to registration.
